There's no way to get PipSqueak2 working. No, YAP doesn't work either.
I've tried almost everything. I've rewound the chat several times to the point where they changed the model (it used to use PipSqueak1) to see if it would try to mimic previous messages. I've changed the roleplay direction several times. I've edited messages to see if it would follow them. The result: NOTHING.
It's as if the personality the bot developed through roleplaying has been erased from one message to the next, and there's no way to get it to react. It's like talking to a lobotomized Teletubby. It doesn't even try to participate, even if you edit the message; the next one is usually bland. There's no reaction or connection between messages. It barely responds to my messages, and when it does, it's either bland or it mimics my character and what I just wrote. The only difference with YAP is that it says something, but it's completely irrelevant to the roleplay. It's like when you send a long message explaining something and the other person just replies "ok." I don't understand what the company is trying to achieve with this model, but it's definitely not good.
