I went LC over 20 years ago, NC 3 years ago. My wife did not block them, and I have been fine with that (mostly because they didn’t reach out to her). My nParents did send one package for my kids 2 Christmas’ ago (which went right in the trash), but they haven’t reached out to either me or my wife since NC.

Last week my dad sent my wife a text. I told her I did not want to know what it said. I don’t even care anymore. I am no longer under their influence at all. I think this means I have truly accepted that they can never change. It feels good.
