Hi, I ordered a parcel last month and on Friday the 17th the tracking said it was received at Thornbury DO. The message at the top of the tracking page says ‘Sorry, your item went to Thornbury DO in error, so we re-routed it immediately. More information will be available as it travels through our network.’ There hasn’t been any tracking updates since 17th April. How long do these usually take to be resolved and is there anyone i can contact to find out anymore information? Thanks
