Does this journal type exist?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask.

I don't want to journal my thoughts, my feelings, what I did in the day.

I'd like a place to write down recipes that I tend to eat often. I noticed over the years, I find 2 or 3 recipes and stick to those pretty much every day, but then they change the next year, and I can't remember what I used to like in prior year. I always get stuck on what to make, so I thought it would be nice to be able to look back and see what recipes I used to obsess over.

I'd like a page where I can select a single tarot and use that as my intention for the year, write a bit about what the card means, what to focus on, etc.

I'd also like to have a list of projects I want to work on throughout the year, those things that have been pushed aside and forgotten.

Is there anything like this that exists, or do I have to hand write everything myself?

*ETA: Thanks everyone for your help. Turns out it's a bullet journal I was looking for. (Didn't know this was a thing until today). I found a 350+ page printable template on Etsy that's even more than I was looking for.

I'm not talking comments on my own story. Instagram seems to have rolled out a new feature where comments people have made on other public stories are visible and scroll automatically on the bottom of the screen. It's extremely annoying and distracting. How do I turn this ridiculous "feature" off? Why is Meta don't everything in its power to make Instagram the worst app?

I'll preface with, yes, I know, getting myself completely away from Google is impossible.

I'm assuming the link to Google/Chrome is why my data is out there? I use a fake email now to sign up for things, but I've had my main email since high school, so no doubt my data is completely out there. I now use Waterfox and DuckDuckGo.

I'm getting 100+ spam emails some days, and I have my settings set to block any unknown email address, but that just means having to sift through all the garbage in my spam folder to make sure I don't miss something important.

If I sign up for something like Incogni and give it a year, now that I'm no longer using my main email to sign up for things (buying tickets, making purchases, etc), or using Google products when I don't have to (Google/Chrome, which I'm assuming is part of the reason my data is out there to begin with - though I'm only guessing), will it be a waste of money once I unsubscribe? I know my data will be out there again eventually, but is it already out there forever, or does it build up again over time and use?
