31M - Just trying this out for the first time…Kind of scared…

So I’ve never really done this before. Usually I am busy with something or whatever but I haven’t had a true friend or anyone to really talk to about random stuff (that isn’t work) in a while.
How do people even make friends these days? lol
Like most millennials, I am sort of still trying to grow up, so I am mature yet…immature? Does that make any sense? Probably not.
Anyway, I am awkward as fuck, probably boring too and sort of weird lol but I try to have a good time and good vibes. You know those videos where people say “when it’s time to hang with the boys”, and this group of people just kinda gets together and games, or reminisces about random shit? I sort of “envy” that. Not sure if that is the correct term.
I don’t care if you’re male, or female, white, black or purple. Just don’t be underage, or an asshole. Like, is that so much to ask these days?
I honestly haven’t met anyone who can hold a conversation in a while. Then again, I actually haven’t had a real buddy in a long time.
