How do I fix this bye round mess?

Hey lads, I've done zero bye round planning and have landed myself in a mess here. I'm a couple hundred points behind 1st place in my league, so I'm looking to send it with 3 big trades this week. I'm open to moving on anyone really, currently looking at Yeo/willison/cleary/ponga/smith as trade out options.

I have been looking at Ford and/or Couchman at middle, though now I've heard couchman might have an injury?

Basically I'm stumped and since I'm moving on some serious talent I'm looking for advice and opinions on what you'd do.

The overly aggressive timeout is infuriating

I totally understand the need for a timeout on a service like this. I also understand making it very restrictive for free users.

However as a paying user, having my game effectively alt+f4 in the amount of time it takes to make a cup of tea is absolutely ridiculous.

I'm not saying I expect something like a three hour time. Fifteen minutes would honestly be such a significant improvement.

I love this service, and don't even come close to my 100 hours per month. Up the timeout, hell I don't even care if you use it as an incentive for ultimate. Just increase it to a reasonable amount. It's not like the 100 hours doesn't put a hard cap on usage anyway.
