Do NOT trust the OYO Booking Platform!
They say 'Refunds the day prior to check-in" but they make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the reservation. I worked on trying to cancel my reservation for 3 hours and their online chat gave me a different phone number that sent me to the hotel number. The hotel said "I can't cancel it, it must come through OYO." A total nightmare and their hope is that you get exhausted and give up.
I'm going to stop payment on my credit card.
DO NOT go through www.oyorooms.com - they WILL find a way to scam you somehow!
