



Gym Physique 1+2 vs Calesthenic Physique 3+4 (8 months)
5'9, 160 pounds.
My backs always been okay, but no arms or delts even with a dedicated shoulder and arm day.
8 months of building up Weighted upright dips, weighted pullups, HSPU and Australian Rows, and banded Face pulls as a warm up for external rotation and additional side/Rear delt work.
Get to 12ish reps, then I add a plate (45) and work my way back to 12 reps.
Legs are big, so that helps.
How's the symmetry? I prefer a delt dominant physique so working on that.
