Does anyone know of tour group that goes from NYC to Jamestown any time?

I’m relocating from Florida next week. I’m driving up because of my senior dog, so I’ll have a sprinter van with my things. Trying to figure out the best area/hotel/parking to stay at overnight while we await move-in time the next day. Any ideas of safest possible place to park a van filled with stuff overnight?
I know it’s not ideal, but this is the best option given my circumstances.
