Heimerdinger after the latest update is unable to move minions into turret's range zone.

After the recent change heimerdinger is unable to pull range minions into his turret range as they outrage them, meaning you have to use your spells on caster minions or attack enemy heroes, which is a big deal, heimerdinger lost over 3% emerald + and diamond + on his TOP lane.
Any thoughts?
