I(21f) have been dating a man(22) for 11 months now
But with time I have started to resent how 'perfect' amd fun his life is. For context, we study in the same university
It's not that I'm not social. Perhaps I would argue I'm way more social than I am . But I hardly get to enjoy the perks he has mostly due to restrictions I have. I live in a rented house where the curfew is at 9 pm and I'll have to inform my landlord about my whereabouts before leaving anywhere. They are pretty strict about guests too and do not allow visitors for more than a minute or so. And as all my friends are women (who are mostly in similar condition) we can't hangout as we want
Now for my boyfriend. He has his own house where he brings in friends visitors and anyone he wants. He parties drinks and they even have fun events every once in a while. And as he can roam around the city all alone and he even has a car and his parents are lenient.
I have been in a desperate condition to improve my living condition but it's so hard to find somethings within a budget and as my parents are paying for my livelihood I have no other option. And this is making me a bit resentful
