Heavily considering, should I buy her?

It has everything I want and it is my dream car. There is a link to the carfax in the listing. Any major red flags? It has been on the lot for a while so I may be able to get a lower price

Thermostat/waterpump was replaced at 25k miles, can that be an issue again soon? I can't tell if the transmission fluid changes have been done on time, would that be included in the 30k, 50k, and 90k services? What should I look for when I go to test drive it?

Introducing dog to new roomate with unknown tempermate

Hi all

My boyfriend, dog, and I are moving in with his parents for a few months to get settled after graduating from college. They are currently fostering a 2 yr old heeler and will likely adopt him. Wondering how to introduce 2 adult dogs to live together?

Some context:

I have a 5 yr old female German Shepherd, Sasha, who has always lived in a 1-dog house. She is overall good with other dogs, but occasionally meets one she doesn't vibe with. She doesn't love other dogs and usually ignores them. I am not sure how to describe her temper, 90% of the time, she is completely normal and friendly, 9% of the time, she is just awkward and annoying, and 1% of the time, she is a bit reactive. She's all bark, no bite.

We lived in a duplex for 2 years with a shared backyard. The neighbors had a doodle; they did not get along at all and would get into scraps whenever they were in the yard at the same time, just seemed territorial, and they were never introduced properly. My family back home recently got a border collie puppy. We watched her for a few days at our place, and they got along fine. She is patient with puppies and respects her elders.

Sasha has known my boyfriend's family her whole life. We also lived with them during the summer last year. She is very comfortable there and treats it as her second home. Up until last April, they had a 15 yr old border collie, lab mix; they coexisted just fine.

We knew they were probably going to have a new dog before we moved in, they had been looking to rescue an adult. They just brought home a 2 yr old heeler to foster while he weaned off anxiety meds, and they get to know him, they are interested in adopting him.

The heeler has an unknown temperament with other dogs. He was raised in an apartment and not socialized well with other dogs, he is great with people. He was incredibly anxious at the rescue facility and had to be on anxiety meds. His other 2 fosters didn't work out because one of the households was too high-energy and he was too anxious. The other brought him back because he chased their cat, they didn't want to risk anything.

My boyfriend and I, and his family, are all very experienced with dogs. We understand their different personalities and boundaries, and have had multiple unique characters. I have been around German Shepherds my whole life and understand them well, but heelers are new to me.

Does anyone have any introduction methods for introducing these 2 adult dogs? They don't need to be friends, just coexist. Sasha has no problem doing her own thing and ignoring other dogs.

Sasha can possibly stay at my parents' house for a few days while we move in. We can introduce them 2 or 3 times a day for short bits in the park behind my boyfriend's family's house.

Thank you:)
