5w3d, hCG 1010, nothing seen yet on ultrasound and freaking out
My LMP was 04/06 but I have PCOS and irregular cycles. I went for an ultrasound last Saturday because of cramping/bloating and they only saw a thickened endometrium, no pregnancy yet. My hCG today came back at 1010 and now I’m spiraling because online people say it should be much higher at 5+ weeks.
What makes this harder is that my last and only pregnancy experience was traumatic. It started as a pregnancy of unknown location, then they thought ectopic, then it ended as a chemical pregnancy. During that process they also found a dermoid cyst.
This pregnancy was completely unplanned and happened about 5 months after using Zepbound and losing around 20 pounds. I had honestly convinced myself I didn’t want kids and mentally I don’t feel prepared at all to go though all that again.
I know nobody online can tell me what will happen, but has anyone had hCG around 1000 at this stage with nothing visible yet and things still turned out okay? Or did it end up being CP/ectopic?
