Gold IRA match
Since Robinhood Gold matches Roth IRA contributions up to 3% a year, should I be investing at least $7500 a year in my IRA to max that before adding to my regular brokerage account? What would be the advantages/disadvantages of doing so? I know I can withdraw only contributions without penalty, not gains.
Edit: I have a ROTH 457 account through my employer (Government 401k) that I contribute heavily to but cannot withdraw without penalty until retirement. Robinhood or investing through any broker is mostly meant to keep readily available cash invested that I can use to make large purchases at any time.
