Hello, I have the following problem:

I have a relatively new Samsung Galaxy S25 (I had an S8 before that), and with both phones, I’ve noticed that the voice messages I record sometimes cut off for the other person - sometimes more often, sometimes less often.

When they cut off, the other person has to keep restarting the voice message from the beginning and fast-forwarding, and sometimes parts of the voice messages aren’t audible at all.

So far, I’ve only found posts where people are having the problem that voice messages from others cut off on their own Samsung smartphones. But since it’s exactly the opposite in my case, I haven’t been able to find a solution to my problem yet.

What I’ve already tried:

- Restarting the phone

- Updating WhatsApp

- Clearing the WhatsApp cache

- Reinstalling WhatsApp

Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem:

Ich habe ein relativ neues Samsung Galaxy S25 (davor ein S8) und habe bei beiden Handys das Problem, dass die Sprachnachrichten, die ich aufnehme, bei der anderen Person mal häufiger mal seltener abbrechen.

Wenn die abbrechen, muss die Person die Sprachnachricht auch immer wieder von vorne starten und vorspulen und manche Teile der Sprachnachrichten sind manchmal gar nicht abhörbar.

Ich habe bisher nur Beiträge gefunden, in denen es darum geht, dass Leute auf ihrem Samsung Smartphones das Problem haben, dass die Sprachnachrichten von anderen bei ihnen selber abbrechen. Da es hier aber genau andersrum ist hab ich leider bisher noch keine Lösung für mein Problem gefunden.

Was ich schon versucht habe:

- Handy neustarten
- WhatsApp aktualisiert
- WhatsApp Cache löschen
- WhatsApp neu installieren
