Additionally should the word exist in our vocabulary? Should we try to eradicate it even from us?

Summer people think that if we get rid of it, the racist power that comes with it will disappear too. While some others think that if we really take it back and just stop acknowledging the racism it comes with, then the word itself will have no power. In either situation, both sides seem to think that it will stop non-blacks, especially yt people, from saying it all together.

What do you think? Are there other options? Are we really all just "N's" or are we all black and some of us are "N's"
