Repost requested by DHL bot – 10 XXL packages lost, need help

Hi u/DHLJanitor

On April 23rd I shipped 10 large packages (30kg-Paket format) from Germany to Spain as part of my move. A courier picked up all 10. Since then — complete silence. Almost a month has passed, status hasn't changed once.

I filed 10 investigation requests. Results: some ask for receipts, others say I am the recipient not the sender — even though I am BOTH since I moved from Germany to Spain. Cannot reach a single real human. Going in circles for a month. Result: zero.

I have all tracking numbers ready to share in DM if needed.

Please help!

Repeat DHL lost all 10 of my moving boxes (30kg each) shipped from Germany to Spain – getting nowhere with customer service

Can i repeat my post to get help, as he ask?

>I offered help for this post, and the OP requested assistance, but never followed up with their tracking information.
Need assistance with your DHL shipment or question? Please create a new post so I can help you.

On April 23rd I shipped 10 large packages (30kg each, 70x40x40cm) from Germany to Spain. A courier picked up all 10 boxes. It was my entire moving shipment – 5 years worth of belongings. Since then, absolutely nothing. No movement, no status update, nothing.

I filed 10 separate investigation requests (Nachforschungsaufträge). Here is what happened:

  • 2 requests: received confirmation with receipt requests
  • 1 request: received "we are still searching"
  • 7 requests: received automatic response saying I am the RECIPIENT and should contact the SENDER – even though I am BOTH the sender and the recipient (I moved from Germany to Spain)

Every time I resubmit those 7 requests as the sender, I get the same automatic rejection again. I am stuck in an infinite loop of automated responses with no way to reach a real human being. The customer service link leads only to FAQ articles. No phone support that actually helps. No email. Nothing.

These are not just packages. This is my entire life – every personal item I own. 10 giant boxes do not just disappear. Someone at DHL must know where 300kg of packages are.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there any way to actually reach a real person at DHL? I am absolutely desperate at this point.
