Damp rid and/or dehumidifier in the dorms (Wagner) necessary?

Help I’m scared of mold and mustiness, also a EO diffuser is one of the few things we’re allowed to use that can improve the scent of your dorm and I’m worried it will add too much moisture to the air? thanks!
