I'm stuck between two bikes, MT-07 and Trident 660
I am aware that this is a question that has been asked her probably a million times by this point but I want some fresh opinions on the subject.
I am making the switch to a naked sport from a Yamaha Bolt. But I want something with a little bit more "hooligan" energy. I know the immediate response to that would be "buy an MT-07". While I've ridden them before and completely agree that they fit the bill nicely, I'm finding myself tempted by the Trident because a) there are a couple of used units on the market in my area that are startlingly less expensive than the MT's and b) it has a REALLLY nice look.
so thats my conundrum... do i buy the MT, which I often compare to being a golden retriever in a motorcycle disguise - fun factor always turned up to 11. OR do I buy the more refined and perhaps more "premium" feeling Trident? - The "adult" choice. I've ridden both bikes but I have by and far more saddle time on the MT; I know that I love them both.
I suppose I'm looking for the opinions of you long term MT and Trident owners who want to tell me why I should go with either model.
