Has anybody ever asked for a refund on the Collector's Club fee? I joined in January planning to send cards all year long with the prior 65 day turnaround, $20 per card fee, and 20 card minimum. 4 months later we are looking at 160 day turnaround, $25 per card fee, and 50 card minimum. I am not getting the benefits that I agreed to in January.
