anyone had a similar injury? mine’s been going on for close to a month now and the pain hasn’t subsided. i’ve tried cycling, elliptical, stairmaster, and they all seem to aggravate the injury. physio says 4-6 weeks of recovery + they’ve given me exercises to do. to maintain my fitness i’ve been rowing. just looking for people who’ve experienced the same situation as me because i’m going crazy not running this long lol
