Idk why but this provider has gone downhill, choose a different one or risk losing your money.

Refill was visible Aug 9th but not available for me to access and I had to go through an agent and pharmacist to access/correct.

Corrected on Aug 11th and I paid immediately.

Tracking indicates it hasn't been shipped (it is now Aug 18th, the date they indicated it would be delivered- the next day and two day delivery claims are BS.)

They aren't responding to my Messages, even tho it indicates they have been read.

Worried this is one of those tech glitches and they're not motivated to fix??? Meanwhile they have charged my credit card.

Two weeks since last dose and I'm left in the lurch. I guess I try to find another provider and start from scratch? WTF?

Did anyone experience increased joint laxity and pains start or get worse on HRT and then stopped HRT and had those things resolve/get better again?
