Hi everyone,

I attended an interview and received my offer letter on May 4th. I accepted it a few days later, and they also accepted my 90 days notice period. My DOJ is August 10th.

On May 10th, I received a mail for document uploading and successfully uploaded my degree certificate and experience letter. After that, I haven’t received any call from HR or any follow-up mail. They also haven’t asked for any further documents yet.

I also tried calling HR, but they are not picking up the calls.

Should I be worried about this, or is this normal in the hiring process? Will I get further updates closer to the joining date?

Would appreciate if anyone who went through a similar process could share their experience.

Is anyone facing an issue with Accenture BGV calls?

The background verification team keeps trying to call me, but from their side nobody speaks at all. I can hear nothing, and after waiting in queue for some time, the call gets disconnected automatically.

This has happened multiple times since yesterday. Not sure if it’s a technical issue or something from their end. Has anyone else faced this during Accenture onboarding/BGV?
