What Is Happening Here?
Has anyone ever had this issue before? I have no idea why it suddenly started doing it, but half of the models I print end up looking like a Dwarf's scrotum. 0.2mm nozzle, 0.06mm layer height, slightly tweaked FDG profile.
edit: I should mentioned, I know supports are failing, I just don't know why. There are no adhesion issues, since the rafts always print perfectly fine. I've tried different Z-hop options and increased Z-height when moving to stop the extruder from knocking over supports, but I guess it's still doing it?
A1 Mini, Bambu Studio, Bambu PLA Basic, standard temp for Cool SuperTack, 100mm/s speed, 0.4mm retraction, all three Z-hop types similar results.
