The anime had two main characters: a girl with white hair (I believe this is the most striking characteristic of the anime) and a boy with brown or black hair and green eyes. It consisted of the white-haired girl observing the behavior of the green-eyed boy, who did everything except study; each episode was a surprise. There was one episode where he played with Japanese dominoes. All the episodes took place in a classroom, with one row of boys and one row of girls, and so on. He sat in the last seat of the row near the windows, and she sat in the last seat of the second row near the windows. The boys wore white uniforms and trousers, and the girls wore white uniforms and skirts. The girl talked a lot in her thoughts, and the boy didn't speak at all. The anime had about 12 episodes, each approximately 11 minutes long. As for the year of release, I can't say, but it had current animation. I remember that the anime's title contained the boy's name, and at the end of each episode, the screen would go white and the anime's name would appear, and the girl would say that name. I remember the cover featured a girl with white hair (on the left) watching the boy (on the right). The reason I wanted to watch this anime was a clip from it set to Bruno Mars' song "Treasure," in a TikTok video that had millions of views at the time. In the clip, the boy was building a sort of rollercoaster out of school supplies. I tried searching for that video again, but I didn't get any results.

Recently, this anime has been nagging at me, and since I remembered really liking it, I wanted to rewatch it, but I can't remember the name. If anyone can help me, I would be grateful!

Thank you for your attention!
