Hey 3D2A Community,
I'm an Mechanical/Aerospace engineering student trying to build a real portfolio of work this summer after striking out on internships. I've got a Bambu A1 Mini and a FlashForge Adventurer 5M Pro at home, solid CAD experience, and I'm comfortable with PLA, PETG, and PA6CF.
I'm not looking to get paid. I'm looking for projects I can sink my teeth into, document properly, and point to in future interviews. Open to working with individuals, design groups, or companies in the space, whether that's a one-off project or contributing to something ongoing.
-Helping with CAD work on a design someone's prototyping
- Print testing for designers who don't have my printer setup
- Tolerance/fitment iteration on existing files
- Reverse engineering / measurement work
-Anything where I can show actual engineering process, not just hitting print
Anything you can throw at me, I'd love to hear about it. DMs open. Happy to share previous prints, my CAD skill level, and printer specs.
Thanks for any kind of consideration.
