Hi everyone,

I have a Qidi Q2 and am using Fiberon PA6-CF with 300blkFDE settings. I'm getting blobs here and there, and am wondering what I can do to help mitigate this issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

For those wondering, I had a power outage and wasn't able to resume the print for some reason.

X1C prints perfect benchy with 0.4 nozzle

P1S with 0.6 nozzle prints fail.

300Blk settings recommendation for 0.6 nozzle was changed, “Line Width” but prints still fail.

Polymaker PA6CF, printing from dryer same as X1C

Any recommendations?

I'm incredibly ungifted in CAD. This thing is so much fun and what I want for America's belated bday is for Damascus to make a glorious return and make a glock piglet. If you've not made anything from the pig family it's worth a try.

The break in was rough (used remix receiver and advanced armaments barrel) but it's fun.

Build progress, PA612-CF15 Nightalliance 2011maxxing Sigger Edition. If anyone is/is planning on building one of these and has a problem with this drill jig, WD-40 is your friend.

Hey all, I printed the chairmanwon 19 and everything works except after a few rounds the slide lock spring from a Gen 3 Glock will jump out of its seated position and allow the slide lock lever to fall out. I personally love the feel of this frame in my hands but would appreciate any suggestions for resolving the spring issue.

So this squirted out yesterday and looks great.

But, not sure why the second picture the little square that appears to be my firing pin cover comes out some and when I squeeze it pops out a little and back in after you can hear it fire

Liquid CMW SpaceMini 17, Sunlu PA6-CF, 300blk settings, 290° nozzle, 100° bed, 65° chamber printed rails down at ~13° printed on my new X2D. Took a little over 22 hours.

First time printing anything at all in PA6-CF, figured I'd say screw it and send it without doing small prints first. Really blown away by the results. Just letting it sit out for a week or so before I assemble it.

Just in time for our celebration of 250 years of Freedom!

Finally got the Geneva Breacher built as I’ve been sitting on the parts for a while, getting pulled in other directions.

Build process was pretty simple and went pretty smoothly. Ender springs were definitely a bit too powerful but some use should get them broken in.

Along with this build is a site update. SBS has finally been approved by a payment processor and should be able to take payments directly very shortly! Will have a post on r/gundeals for a launch sale once it’s working!

Full pa6cf with a little special rad inside it to make it more fun. Happy 4th of July. Last pic is a little sum I made on the side for fun.🫡
