The Dynamic Performance Trigger is unbelievable for a striker fired gun, looking forward to getting some range time in once the Holosun SCS PDP gets here.
A welcome surprise is this came with 3x20rd magazines instead of 3x18rd!
Was shocked that this showed up today after ordering on Thursday and it saying 90-120 days. A full size 9 was missing from my collection, after feeling the trigger at the LGS decided this was the one. Threaded barrel was a must as I’ll be printing a Form 1 suppressor for it. Holosun SCS PDP on the way as well.
Was pleasantly surprised to find out this has 3x20rd mags instead of 3x18rd mags. Didn’t know that was a thing for the Pro SD
Had this 16” old bushmaster upper sitting around, seemed fitting to do a retro inspired build. Printed in PPA-GF.
Not 100% sold on this vs the Hoffman lower, my safety is stuck in fire and the rear pin is interesting to get all the way in. May need some more Dremel massaging. I may still build the Hoffman.
Bought this Handguard 20 years ago because I was too lazy to swap the barrel nut and I thought it looked cool… now it’s apparently one of the most sought after pieces of a time gone by.
Older Spikes lightweight 11.5” upper showed up today. Transferred the CASV-EL over to it and on my Windham built Bushmaster lower. Really dig this look now. Currently has a Hoffman Trigger Kicker in it 👀.
A2 flash hider isn’t tightened down, don’t @ me. Didn’t have another crush washer handy. Going for either a Tisha, Rhodie 6 or 6k anyways.

2006 Windham built Bushmaster 16” carbine. Microbest BCG, new milspec hammer & trigger (factory bushmaster hammer was notched and trigger was too tight for the kicker), GMR H3 Buffer. Everything else as it came.

Running suppressed is still a tiny bit finicky but overall super happy with how it’s running. The borebuddy 3lbs spring and +2 trip were the keys.
2006 Windham made bushmaster. Every drop in I’ve printed it’s almost like this part of the lower is too long/wide and I have to dremel the back part of the housing. Everything function tests ok but just curious is this area varies per manufacturer? I even 3D printed a Milspec lower and the drop ins hit in the exact same spot 😂.
