I pulled it off...
100 pending Form 1's.
175 F1's filed this year and I still have a few SBR's to go. I have a FM45 lower at my FFL that I need to pick up and eight or so AR lowers to go.
I'm really thinking I should invest in a fiber laser.

I’ve got a .22lr stamp approved and I’m planning on putting on a tx22 with a frt, it might pull double duty on a sbr ar22 in the future.
Is there a consensus on which 22 can(s) are the crowd favorites? It seems like there are a bunch of them out there in the world. Thanks in advance and sorry for the shrimp gang tattoo. PFA
I'm thinking I have a better chance to get it approved in time if I file as an individual. Then, assuming that the law gets enjoined, I can transfer it later to the trust.
Form 1 design
( Apologies I deleted other post to redo with a photo)
So I have a design i am working on and haven't filed a form 1 yet and I have zero materials for this but i see all over about freeze plugs , valve spring retainers and etc. I want to see if there are any other good options for making one without a lathe, I have drill presses and belt grinders for my knife making but I dont have a lathe or a mill . What im asking is it possible to make one without a lathe and have a reliable 9mm pcc can or no. I wont buy pre-made sauce cups and pre threaded tubes as I am not gonna take a chance on that. Everything in my design is made from all raw materials. Again I have zero materials other than a drawing. Than you in advance. Also the design has a giant end cap and I meant to make it smaller but this is a rough sketch
Overall very happy with both uppers. I’ll hopefully get to shoot and sight in this weekend.
Primary upper is an 11.5. BA 11.5 gov. barrel, SF3P suppressor mount, surefire M600, cut BCM QMR13, BCM VFG, Aimpoint ACO, MBUS fronti and rear sights, Radian Raptor CH, and a colt upper and BCG. I’ll be running my B&T SRBS 556 suppressor.
The second upper was just a spare parts CQBR inspired upper. 10.3 FSP barrel (from maybe PSA?), Troy quad rail, CQD sling mount, Streamlight ProTac rail, Magpul VFG, LMT rear iron sight, EOTech EXPS2, milspec CH, A2 flash hider, built on a BCM upper and Micro Best BCG.
Lower is a spikes lower with a hammy 3DP friction fit magwell, Geissele maritime bolt catch, Magpul CTR, cut A2 grip, and Schmid milspec internals.
Last Friday I got a approved form 1. Today I had two of my form1's denied. All three use the same trust document. The NFA branch provided my the reason below for why it failed:
ENTIRE COPY OF THE DECLERATION OF TRUST REQUIRED FOR REVEIW - PGS PROVIDED STATE IT IS THE CRETIFICATION OF TRUST AT BOTTOM OF EACH PAGE. BENEDICIARY MUST BE LISTED.
I sent the whole trust document. Any suggestions on what I need to do to have the form 1 approved? Thanks.
9mm form1 shooting 300blk. Messing around with ASR mounting (“direct thread”the print onto an ASR flash hider) and apparently this one isn’t right.
FTN.4 45 cal d cell baffles combined in Tinkercad, going into a 3D cell Maglite. One freeze plug and 7 printed baffles, weighs 14.5 oz without a d to hub adaptor. With adaptor and booster it’s approx 12 inches long.
Been using washers for the bigger FTNs but wanted something for SBRs and the FTN slim. This makes it easy to stamp aluminum bracelets. 3 rows of up to 26 characters. I've used them on SBRs and bent them around an FTN slim and epoxied into place.
Edit: you don't need to use an aluminum piece either. I've used double sided tape and put the jig directly on a receiver and stamped it.
Finally got my last piece for the 45 and she's looking good
Does anyone have any leads on where I can find a compatible part?
Went with this because I didn't like the ftn 5s outside booster. Gotta say looks clean
My single shot 20 gauge. Bring on the bunnies.
Took it to the range after work. Only had some 1125fps game loads. Still pretty quiet. I may add some more ports. Definitely more than hearing safe.
