INMC Giveaway Post!

Quick heads up for everyone here, and thanks to the r/3d2a mods for giving us permission to post this.

INMC is running a giveaway post over on their Instagram at @weareinmc with three prizes, including an ODIN 37mm parts kit + 1kg Bambu Labs PA6-CF, a very silly baseball cap, and a sticker pack with tons of new and old stickers included!

We wanted to make sure the Reddit folks knew about it too, so here you go! Pretty easy to enter, and winners will be picked on 10/10/26. We're going to try to do these monthly or at least contribute kits to other creator giveaways.

Appreciate you guys, keep making cool shit! 🇺🇸🤙

SCS Complications / Solutions

Given the recent traction this issue has gained, I just want to let folks know that there's some decent alternatives out there if SCS continues to crack down on the production of certain parts.

We've personally tested sourcing various metal parts from Laserboost and Fabworks, and while their selection is smaller, and prices aren't as competitive as SCS, the rates aren't nearly as bad as OSH Cut / Xometry which I'd suggest y'all avoid, as they are quite pricey. The parts we received from Laserboost and Fabworks have been good quality, dimensionally accurate, and have a fairly quick turnaround. Also, cmon, support your local shops, you'd be amazed how common these sorts of businesses are if you take the time to look for them.

At any rate, please make an effort to be discreet. Rename files, add holes or shapes in random places, these things won't affect your part functionality, but they might affect our community's ability to continue easily sourcing these parts guys.

Also, we've had zero issues obtaining SCS parts for INMC kits this month, so we're thinking that the SCS team may be distinguishing signaling device parts from firearm parts for now... Fingers crossed! They even reposted our official Instagram on their story a week ago, so we're pretty confused.

Godspeed y'all.
