Barrel options for 3Dprint signal launcher?

Just wondering if anyone has a line on seamless tubing or anything stronger than fence post when building a 3D printed launcher? Some of the designs don't have room to make the OD larger and I'm asking before I turn down any other tubes. Thank you for your time.

Some more collectables I recently acquired.

Im not sure if I still have a 37mm launcher. Or at least one suitable for these.

209 2 piece pyrodex pellet insert for MILC 2.0 shells

Decided to make this for those still waiting to pick up the MILC 2.0 cores when they become available. Will do some testing this weekend. Fully expect only a few uses max per unit but they are cheap to print. 209 primer unit fits in rear of shell. Pyrodex pellet cup fit on top inside shell and super glues to the pellet tower. Use 50gr pyrodex pellets with some tissue or foil over the pellet. Projectile shown is my own as well as my 2.0 MILC aluminum shell. The inserts should work in all 2.0 MILC bases and designs. Inside diameter needs to be at least 36mm.

Taboo subject... maybe

When cruising through this group, I cannot seem to find a repository of .stl or similar for non DD form 1 exempt payload assembles. Dose such a repository exist? Message me if that's best. Much appreciated.

3D printed cone and base. 3D printed TPU gasket. Aluminum container. Fiberglass tube and fuse for delay. When I load these with smoke composite, I drill 12 holes in the container and tape around them with electrical tape to allow smoke to burn through. A small Pyrodex charge launches up to 225 yards.
