Left Turn Signal blowing fuse, 2009 Yamaha R6

2009 Yamaha R6.

Hey guys. Bought a project bike and it’s road worthy, everything replaced with OEM parts. I’m having an issue. The turn signals on both sides have been cut and look like this after cleaned up. I’ve made new harnesses with OEM plugs and I can’t get them to work no matter what wiring combination I try (can’t find a pin out).

But here’s the problem. I’ve separated all the wires, none are touching anything that I can see, with a fresh 10amp turn signal fuse, the right side flasher will work on the dash (only the dash and rear turn signal, it doesn’t have a front signal, just like the left side). But anytime I press the left hand side turn signals, it immediately blows the fuse.

What’s going on? 2009 Yamaha R6.

Hey guys. I bought a 2009 R6 that I thought was clean. Tore it all down when I got home, and have been slowly finding gremlins and replacing with OEM parts.

I’m trying to install my new CRG levers to remove the tacky cheap ones on it now. My new Brake lever won’t fit, and I’m figuring out why. My research tells me I’m supposed to have a Brembo Master, yet my bike has a Nissin one. Is that right? Or did these come with 2 different ones?
