Yo guys, how can i get properly thread tensión with My mc550e with a spool stand?. I've threaded the embroidery machine correctly, but when I start sewing, the thread loses tension and causes the machine to jam at some point. I bought the spool stand to solve this problem since I didn't have anywhere to put such large spools of thread before but I'm still having trouble. Should I reduce the stitches per minute? Or how can I get the thread to feed with the right tension?. Thanks in advance

I changed my needle of My mc550e and it's seems that i forced up too much and now got stucked. How can i remove it without breaking stuff please help. Just applied a bit of the oil that came with the machine on the top of the needle to see if i can remove it. I'm afraid of misaligning the needle holder
