Hi everyone! I placed an order for a 300 ring a little over 2 months ago with Keepsake. I was told it would take 4-8 weeks to receive the ring. I've been trying to get in contact with them for the past 2 weeks through phone and email and have not received a response-phone line permanently on hold and no reply to emails. Just wondering if somethings up with the company or if anyone has had any luck contacting them recently. Thanks!
