My Japanese is still very basic. I can read and write hiragana and katakana, but very slowly, and I get nervous during appointments and phone calls.

I’m trying to become more independent and handle things by myself, so I’d really appreciate any recommendations for clinics that are patient with foreigners or simple Japanese/English communication.
