What does post op feel like?

I’m 4 weeks post op from anterior rectacele and posterior cystacele repair without mesh and it feels wrong down there. I mean I don’t know what it’s supposed to feel like. But shouldn’t I be past feeling like I’m about to give birth when I walk? It feels almost painfully heavy down there. It has since the surgery. Some days are good but I walk around the block every morning and the last couple of days I’ve had to shorten my walk because of the pressure. Should I just be patient and take it easier? Will that pressure go away? If so, when? My 6 week follow up is in 2 weeks.

Discontinuing Desktop App. What does that mean?

I'm genuinely confused about the news that Google will be discontinuing the desktop app. I'm not sure how that affects me. I rely on Google Photos to sync my files from my phone to my computer, but I still have to go in through the Google Photos app in my browser in order to manually download them right now, because I don't want every single picture I've ever taken to end up on my hard drive. I choose the image I want and download it onto my computer, and often end up having to upload it into whatever program I am using it for, like Canva for editing, Facebook for posting.) Those photos rarely make it out of my downloads folder before they are used and deleted (why save them? I can get the original on my Google Photos web app, right?) Is this the equivalent of using the desktop app? If so, could I get some options for workarounds?

Post Rectacele Surgery, wondering about sitting in an office chair

I am currently 3 days post op from rectocele repair surgery, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to support my bottom and if sitting in an office chair would cause more harm than good. It is a comfortable chair, and I sit there for about 20 minutes at a time and then get up and move around. I rolled up an empty pillowcase and put it between my legs in my crotch area. It seemed like a good way to support my perineum while I sat. It's uncomfortable, but not any more than any other position I have tried to sit or lie down in. I own a business and I do all my work at my desk, sitting in my office chair. I'm a workaholic and I want to get back to doing at least some part time work from my home office. I don't feel tired so I don't want to spend time on my back or my side. I guess I'm wondering if I'm hurting my incision or slowing my recovery time by doing this.
