Hey everyone, we're a software company looking to hire individuals to help with our social media marketing campaigns.

$160 per month is the base salary, but there can be large increases with performance bonuses.

What you'd be doing:

• Running our official Reddit presence, posting updates, announcements, and content
• Engaging authentically in relevant communities (AI, chatbots, character AI, roleplay, etc.) with proper disclosure that you're affiliated with us
• Replying to questions, feedback, and mentions of our product
• Helping us build and moderate our own subreddit
• Identifying trends, feedback, and opportunities from Reddit communities and reporting back to the team
• Coordinating AMAs, launches, and community events

What we're looking for:

• Deep familiarity with Reddit culture, you know the difference between subreddits, you understand what gets upvoted vs. downvoted, and you know how each community feels about self promotion
• Strong writing skills with a natural, conversational voice
• Experience with community management, social media marketing, or building an audience on Reddit

MUST HAVE's:

• existing presence in AI, tech, or creative writing communities
• have used apps like character.ai, chai, janitor ai, etc.
• you need to understand how AI roleplaying apps function, and have used them before
