Hi guys! Maybe I’m wrong but I feel like my testosterone is low considering my age and lifestyle. 1 year ago it was 496 and just this week it was 408. I tested in the morning on a fast. I workout 5 days a week, eat healthy and high protein, I sleep good. Not sure if I should be concerned at all. I’m 25, male. I do take Prozac for ocd/anxiety. My grandpa has always been 800 or higher and he’s 66 lol… total free was 13 and my shbg was 28. Anyone got any experience on this? My main concerns are for muscle building and energy levels. I am wanting to ensure I’m optimized to build adequate muscle and have sufficient energy.
