I thought I was being smart ordering a 6-9 month size for my petite 1 year old, but it is huge on the top! There isn’t enough time to order something else, and we have her Hobbit themed birthday party on Saturday.

I have extremely remedial sewing skills. I have a tiny sewing machine, thread, needles. I even have one of those snaps devices to add more snaps. Is there anyway to fix this? I think the side with the elastic hem is the back?
