These discoloured patches of skin have randomly started appearing on various parts of my body — inside of my ankles, inside of my lower arms, and various patches on my legs. They are not itchy or sore, and are slightly “velvety” to the touch — slightly rough. I’m wondering what this could be, as internet searches have proposed a few things, none of which entirely fit.
