Does time affect a person's passion?

I'm currently listening to this song on the Come Up Mixtape by J Cole and I just notice that the way how he attacks several issues such as domestic violence or the government not being great at their job, I ask myself why didn't he keep himself in that lane , because I'd hear music in this lane till Friday Night Lights then he's not bold about it

Do you think with time , fame and riches displaced him from that kind of disdain towards the government, and I don't actually judge him for that .I understand

Best Collab with Cole ?

Who's the artist that definitely meshed better with Cole on a track? For me Drake and Bas are the only artists that gave Cole a challenge in a song and made it enjoyable for me . For Bas there's Home Alone , Tribe , It's Lit and Drake there's In the Morning, Evil ways and First Person Shooter

J Cole is an ELITE Producer!!

This is my third year of listening to Jermaine Lamarr Cole and I need to say that he's really good being a producer and this really shows his skillet as an artist. And if I had to name my favorite beats in songs produced by J Cole it would be:

  1. Villuminati ( So sinister and amazing)

  2. Sideline Story (Cole and a keyboard never go wrong)

  3. Before I am Gone ( Friday Night Lights 💯)

  4. 39 Intro (What can I say about this one )

Kanye and ASAP diss on ICEMAN

When I was listening to "Ran To Atlanta" , the second verse just made me think of ASAP then Kanye

I get mentioned a lot by a bunch of people that I wish I never met, ayy( He was dissed by ASAP Rocky in his album , forgot the name)

We sharin' women that I already fucked at the height of my success, ayy(This line applies to both Asap Rocky and Kanye)

All you pussy boys losin' it and you need to take meds, hey (Kanye diss ofc)

I'm not drizzy fan by any chance, just enjoying the music

Fake Deep Allegations

Sorry, where did the fake Deep Allegations come from ? I listen to Cole and know that sometimes he doesn't delve too much on the song. I think KOD was supposed to dispell such allegations but wait people don't even sit down and listen to the music properly

For as long as I remember he has been doing it with some of OUR favorite bars are from such instances

He even does that with Trojan bar in Bunce Road Blues , or the Diddy Heavens EP, or even the one in Born Sinner ( I don't remember the song 😭)

so yeah what's your thoughts on this?
