application sana sa tin no., kaso rejected raw, yung sabi sa email:

"something went wrong in your attachment. file not found. unable to process. try again."

ginamit ko phil health id, tapos passport and philhealth sa iisang file, both scanned and selfie version( tig isang selfie) tas ganon pa rin. thanks in advance.
