Partnering in Business in Malawi
The year is 2020, COVID is doing it's thing, I register a business with three other friends whom we shared similar sentiments.
We moved fast, it was a mixed bag of skills from Marketing to Public Relations to Technical Skills.
Despite our success or perhaps because of it, we only managed to operate for 3 years and that was it.
These are great people, I would still do it over again if allowed to but the question is:
What makes partners stay together in business for decades here in Malawi?
I would love to know, am a believer in "together you go far"
