Hello. Can anyone help me diagnose this problem? It's a Republic of Gamers Asus laptop, with an RTX 4060, and an intel Core i7. I didn't drop the laptop. I was gaming on it, and all of a sudden this happened. When I start the laptop, it starts with a middle red column (from where the logo used to appear) and the vertical lines spread outwards from there. No access to startup/BIOS. I'm in a remote area, so I won't be able to take it to a shop for the next 10 days.

I bought the game yesterday, and haven't been able to play it once. Haven't even made a character yet. I've made sure my PC and my drivers are all updated. I run a 4060, great internet speed, and no issues playing other games.

The most frustrating thing is that there's no way to get in touch with the devs or any type of support. On their Discord, the message clearly says that they will not reply to any support tickets. It's just a way for them to gather info and improve the game over time, so it won't be a direct solution.

Has anyone had this problem and managed to fix it? I've played many bugged early access games before, but this is just ridiculous.
