I read that there used to be a mosaic in the old center of Soviet/Russian culture and science in Kabul. When I look it up online, I can't seem to find any pictures, but I might not be using the right keywords. It was supposedly called "The triumph of Leninist ideas" (торжество ленинских идей) and made by Sergei Ter-Grigoryan (Сергей тер-григорян). Does anybody have any pictures of this mosaic of is able to find one? The building is likely demolished now

Truly disgusting to see the lack of care for what is one of the most beautiful locations in all of your country's capital city by local officials

The style is not typical for Soviet mosaics, especially in Georgia. It was apparently based on a painting by czech artist alfons mucha who died in the 1930s. Does anyone have more info?
