Would you be forced to pay for the kid if she doesn't abhort? Is it legally possible to keep the kid in Switzerland but not her (since she lied)?

EDIT: would it change something if she is from the US (despite the USA also being non-EU obviously)?

I remember some time ago while I passed next to one of the ETH building, there was a big construction work that was going on for more than a year. I don't know if it was ETH expanding or something else. It led me to wonder, if the university is gradually expanding? Especially on the Honggerberg which seems to be the new campus, are there new buildings being built every few years, or some buildings expanded to increase capacity? ETH Zurich and EPFL Lausanne get tons of money from the government from what I know, much more than UZH or other Swiss unis. But ETH Zurich is also doing a lot of modern research, which needs space for labs and other things, so I would guess the more capacity, the better, or isn't it?

If someone from EPFL Lausanne knows how it's there, I would be curious too. Since they also get funded quite well from I heard
