Finally refund

After 5 days i got finally my refund, after i cancelled. But i had to remind them via e-mail, that i didn’t got my money back yet.

Bottom line, I would never buy a product from clicks again.

It must be the best product on the market, which it isn’t.
It must be the best customer service, there is. But it isn’t also no.

I’m outta here, for the fan boys, have fun with it, for the others i hope for the best for you.

Update-with no news.

Once again i send’em a request how long i do suppose to wait.
Don’t know if Amber is a new bot or really a person. At least she writes like one.

No really news, no excuse, just a different way to say “ wait till you got our best product ever, and now shut up.”

I’ll keep my plan, if don’t get my keyboard till the midst of August, i cancel and wait till a better company gets around with a better product, cheaper and more reliable, and with much less lies.

It can’t get worse than clicks.

How much longer ?

My order stays on this Status. How much longer do i suppose to wait?

What does this even mean? Do they look for parts to assemble? Do they missing parts? Aren’t there enough people to put the keyboard together?
How long do they need to put all parts together?
A week for keyboard? Does one man the job for all keyboards?

They delayed the shipping from time to time. In the first place, they told us, me, i should already have delivered my keyboard.

But they keep on silence or lie to us.
If you send‘em a e-mail, you only get this ai b*llsh*t as an answer, there is no Chance that a real Person Checks the e-mails.

This is the worst Customer experience ever.
Are they really expecting to be satisfied after all?

Even when the Keyboard arrives? I must be the best keyboard of all times, just to be a little bit satisfied, but it won’t.

And like many others already said, in this sub there are so many users who would excuse any move and stuff of clicks, no matter how bad they threat the customer.

Clicks burned so much ground for new kick starter like projects just because of their behavior.

The very least thing they could do for us, were more more informations, REAL and TRUE informations, no more lie, sad excuse and no more cheap AI responses.
