Hi everyone,

My sister and I have been looking forward to The Odyssey all year, and since it’s finally coming out next month, we’re trying to decide where to watch it.

We’re from Gelsenkirchen, Germany, and we’re considering driving to the Cineplex in Dortmund because it has an IMAX screen. From what I’ve read, it’s a 1.90:1 IMAX auditorium (though I’m not completely sure).

Do you think it’s worth making the trip for The Odyssey? Since the movie was shot entirely with IMAX cameras, I’m wondering how much of a difference a 1.90:1 IMAX presentation actually makes compared to a regular cinema screening.

Would the difference be noticeable to the average moviegoer, or is it only something enthusiasts really appreciate?
