Been SDR for years up until 2020, now I’m Lead the Sales team, but my company fired all BDRs and expect me to do manual outreach in order to get clients, I guess. What do you think about that? Oh, and we don’t get any inbound leads. We don’t have marketing dept.
Sales materials: 1 brochure, 1 company ppt, 5 short case studies.
Last inbound lead was in 2025, we disqualified it because they did not show up on a call. Before that, it was in 2024 - RFP invitation.
Most clients came from the partner - this sources has dried up. The company I work at keeps growing year after year but what’s spent on sales and marketing keeps decreasing (from a few thousand per year to 0 per year)
