This is the quick diagram i made for my foglights.
The point of the installation is that the lights have 3 settings

Off
Always on
Flashing

And that they turn off when the key/ignition switch is turned off.

The ignition switch is used as power for the RELAY & COM of RELAY K1.
K1 controls the timer on/off (the timer is therefore controlled by the ignition switch).

Timer Vout+ goes to RELAY K2 together with Vout2 from the Switch.

K2 (Top) = Power/Signal PWM
K1 (Bottom) = Lights

12V Battery is used to switch the Switch & COM of K1 to
